Andrew Keegan (born January 29, 1979 in Los Angeles, California) is an American actor. Keegan is better known for his roles inside films such as 10 Things I Hate About You (1999), The Broken Hearts Club (2000) and O (2001). He is likewise known for his recurring roles in television series Party of Five (from 1997 to 1998), and when Wilsin West on 7th Heaven from 1997 to the present.
